There is private parking free of charge, good location - just 10 minutes by feet to Kurfurstendamm str., S-bahn and U-bahn are not far from the hotel, nice rooms and friendly staff. своя собственная бесплатная парковка, хорошее местоположение - всего 10 минут пешком до Kurfurstendamm, рядом S-bahn и U-bahn, уютные номера и дружелюбный персонал.
Just one thing - the wi-fi was only in the hall of the hotel. только одна вещь - wi-fi ловил только в холле.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the U-Bahn, making it easy to explore the city in no time. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms, although cozy, were well-maintained and equipped with basic amenities. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to choose from.
No major issues encountered, everything was satisfactory.

My wife, daughter and I booked a triple room for 89 Euros/night (including breakfast buffet). It was well worth the price. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom fully appointed. The hotel (also know as the Hotel Pension Haus Konstanz) is 7 KM southwest of the Brandenburger Tor. The closest Metro station (Konstanzer. Str.) is only three blocks away, so access to all areas of Berlin is easy. The hotel is 3 KM NE of the Grunewald, a huge forest with excellent walking/jogging paths. There is plenty of space for off-street parking (no additional charge). The street in front of the hotel is noisy but the double pane, well insulated windows cut out virtually all exterior noise. The breakfast buffet is excellent with numerous options. The staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, they took care of reservations needed to visit the Reichstag (3-day advance booking is the norm).
Upon arrival, no one answered the bell (it probably was out of order). After walking around the first floor, we tracked down someone who contacted the person manning the front desk. After checking in, we asked for information about the Metro. He gave us a book with a Metro map but did not volunteer any additional information (we all speak German, so there was no language barrier). We ended up going out on the street and asking a passerby where the nearest Metro station was located.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The beautiful building and wonderful decoration created a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff, especially the kind woman in the breakfast service and cleaning woman, were a standout. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. Additionally, the access to hot water in the machine for a nighttime tea was a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and delicious, with a wide variety of options.
No major issues, everything was up to par.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel that was extremely well-located for exploring the city. the hotel was situated near a metro station that easily connected us to both the airport and the city center. the room itself was cozy and clean, with comfortable bedding and plenty of amenities. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the friendly service from the staff. the hotel was also situated in a quiet location, which was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
While the room was comfortable and well-appointed, there was a bit of noise from the dining area that could be heard in the mornings.
